1. Account Registration

Maintain confidentiality of your account and password.
BUILD DEKHO reserves the right to disable accounts for misuse or fraud.
Specific account types (Retailer/Designer) have different access levels.
2. Product Information & Pricing
We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors.
Pricing cancelations may occur for incorrect information.
Images are for reference; actual product colors may vary.
All prices are in INR (₹) and include/exclude taxes as specified.
3. Orders & Confirmation
Orders are only considered accepted once processed and dispatched. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders due to unavailability.
4. Designer Commissions
Registered Interior Designers may earn commissions on referrals. Commissions are valid only for confirmed purchases as per our affiliate terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content (text, logos, images) is the property of BUILD DEKHO. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
BUILD DEKHO is not liable for indirect damages, product misuse, or installation errors by third parties. Liability is limited to manufacturer terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be settled under Indian Law.
